Usage: Floors 1–3: Grand lobby, retail anchor tenants, and a public atrium.
Floors 4–10: Premium Grade-A office suites with modular floor plans.
Floors 11–20: Executive penthouses, rooftop garden, and a private health club.
Amenities: Smart-building integration (IoT climate control), 12 high-speed destination-dispatch elevators, and a 4-level subterranean parking garage (500 stalls).
Sustainability: Target of LEED Platinum Certification, featuring high-performance glazing and a greywater recycling system.
